The main door is provided with a magic eye and an optional video phone. All internal doors, including door frames, are made of solid hard wood.

The main door leads into the foyer (which includes the guest powder room), which then opens into the living and dining room.

The dining room and the master bedroom open onto double depth balconies (applicable to 4 bedroom apartments).

All balconies are free of air-conditioning units. Warm colors and high density laminated wooden flooring adorns each bedroom.

All external door frames and windows are made of UPVC (Unplasticised Poly-vinyl Chloride) so as to ensure high levels of sealing so that the house remains dust free.

Standardized fittings include high quality, polished brass, door knobs and door handles. The internal doors and door frames are solid hardwood and have a polished finish. The hinges on the wooden doors are brass and have stainless steel pins and washers.

Windows have the provision for fixing double curtain rails if the owner so wishes. All external openings are made a combination of convenient sliding and hinged windows.

The bathrooms’ marble flooring & cladding is a mixture of imported and Indian marble.

Other bathroom fixtures and fittings will be imported from leading suppliers across the world. 3 and 5 litre water discharge WC’s will ensure water conservation.

The provision of separate, granite ‘His’ & ‘Her’ wash basins, as well as a bath tub and shower stall in the master bathroom make it luxurious and elegant.
